PROJECT 21
“ PROJECT 21” is a 3 week online FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING training programme with 5 workouts per week plus 2 rest day assignments (ACTIVE RECOVERY). Build progressively throughout the 21 day programme without burning/overtraining.
When you join "PROJECT 21", you will get :
1• WEEKLY SCHEDULE - Your training schedule for the week will be mailed to you at the start of the week along with reference videos, so that you have ample time to review the workouts and message in with questions ahead of time to make sure you get a response before training.
2• WORKOUT STRATEGY - Learn the intent behind the workouts and how to tackle them to get the best results. Workout guidelines will be given. If you find a particular movement a litttle bit tricky, then feel free to tweak it a little bit. Or reach out for help.
3 • VIDEO REFEFENCE - Reference videos for the movements in the workout will be provided as and when required to make it simpler for you. There will also be a scaled down movement option in case you want to go slightly easier.
4 • MOBILITY - Daily mobility/stretching routines to get you ready for the workouts.
5 • ACCESS TO A PRIVATE INSTAGRAM GROUP (OPTIONAL) - Upon registration, you will be added to a private INSTAGRAM group where the daily workouts will be posted along with the warmups/workout tips everyday. DAILY SCORES will be posted on the group so that you can keep a track of your progress throughout the 21 days & see where you place amongst everyone else doing the same programme.
5. CHARGES - charges for the 3 week programme would be 3000₹
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
• WHO IS THIS FOR - For anyone with enough experience to read a written workout plan.
• WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED - The workouts will be mostly bodyweight for now and will gradually evolve with you. If you have dumbells/kettlebells, feel free to use them in the workouts as you see fit, while keeping the intended stimulus of the movement in mind. Or reach out for assistance.
• SCALING OPTIONS - Although a scaled alternative to the movements will be provided, feel free to scale any and all movements to your ability, injuries and how you are feeling on a particular day. Most of the movements will be bodyweight for now on purpose although you could scale them up by adding weights (if available).
• HOW DO I WARMUP & MOBILISE - Warmups/mobility will be provided for each workout that will get your body primed to whatever movement we will be doing that day. Keep in mind your own individual needs and feel free to add a few drills if required.
• WHERE DO I GO FOR QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE WORKOUTS - Your weekly training schedule will be available to you at the start of the week. So that's a great time to review workouts and message in with questions ahead of time to make sure that you get a response before training.
• WHAT IF I MISS A WORKOUT - This programme has been made with the intent of building up from week to week. So do not miss the workouts. If you do, try to squeeze it in on the rest day. If you miss more than one, best to jump back in where the programme is currently.
• HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM INDIVIDUAL DESIGN - PROJECT 21 is a group programme. So by nature, it cannot take you as far as a "personalised tailored programme" in terms of focusing on specific needs and goals. But on the contrary, it will be more competitive as your performance will be tracked along with everybody else on it.
