THE GRIND PROJECT was founded to help clients from different fitness backgrounds to get a more structured workout plan in their busy schedule.
You could be having access to a gym or be off limits completely. You may have some equipment at home or nothing at all. Staying motivated to squeeze in a workout everyday could easily get boring and repetitive. Trying to find a workout on the Internet everyday that works for you could take away whatever motivation you might have gathered throughout the day and there is a high chance of you doing nothing but waste an hour scrolling through the internet looking at other people working out.
With THE GRIND PROJECT, you will find workouts that balance the movement patterns to avoid overuse injuries and give you a mix of days to push yourself and days to take it easy and recover.
The workout includes a bodyweight and an alternative weighted workout option so that you can mix and match depending on what equipment you have available for the day.
All programmes are designed by Suraj Gopalakrishnan, a former headcoach at a Crossfit facility in Mumbai, India for 5 years and has coached clients from all over the world and has worked with a diverse range of clients in terms of age and fitness levels.
