The PERSONALISED ONLINE PROGRAMMING offers an in depth consultation about your lifestyle and goals before tailoring a workout specific to your needs.
The PERSONALISED ONLINE PROGRAMME will include :
1. DAILY SCHEDULE - Tailored workouts sent everyday, five days a week for 3 weeks (including 2 rest day assignments).
2. INITIAL CONSULTATION - Discuss your requirements & goals before starting the programme.
3. WEEKLY CHECKS to discuss progress over the week & guidance as required throughout the programme .
4. VIDEO REFEFENCE - Reference videos for the movements in the workout will be provided as and when required to make it simpler for you.
5. MOBILITY - Daily mobility/stretching routines to get you ready for the workouts.
Your daily workouts will be sent to you on whatsapp/email one day prior along with reference videos, so that you have ample time to review the workouts and message in with questions ahead of time to make sure you get a response before training.
7. CHARGES - Charges for the 21 day programme would will be 6000₹
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
• WHO IS THIS FOR - For anyone with enough experience to read a written workout plan.
• WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED - If you have access to basic equipment (dumbells/kettlebells) then great. Otherwise you could start the first week with bodyweight movements and then get a few weights for the following weeks if required.
• HOW DO I WARMUP & MOBILISE - Warmups/mobility will be provided for each workout that will get your body primed to whatever movement we will be doing that day. Keep in mind your own individual needs and feel free to add a few drills if required.
• WHAT IF I FEEL I AM DOING A MOVEMENT WRONG - Send in a video of you doing a few reps of whichever movement you are unsure about and we will take care of it.
• WHAT IF I MISS A WORKOUT - This programme has been made with the intent of building up from week to week. So do not miss the workouts. If you do, try to squeeze it in on the rest day.

Getting started on your own can be difficult. It is always a good idea to get a workout partner along and help each other get on with it. With THE BUDDY PROGRAMME, you can get one more person, who has similar goals to your 3 week training programme. The workouts will be made keeping in mind the combined needs of both participants.
